The Vision Behind BEiNG
The BEiNG program, initiated by Matthew, and David Mayo, a co-owner of Unearth Solutions, is a collaborative effort born from their dedication to enhancing governance within First Nations board members. This self funded initiative aims to empower First Nations communities through culturally competent governance training. Matthew brings his legal expertise, ensuring that the governance training provided is also legally sound, and David contributes strategic business insights and operational support, leveraging his background in project management and experience in managing and growing sustainable enterprises. This collaboration enriches the program with practical business management strategies that are crucial for effective governance.
