With over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Matthew is a skilled lawyer and a passionate advocate for his clients. He holds an LLB Law Degree with Honours and a BComm Commerce Degree with an Accounting major from Flinders University South Australia. Further qualifications include being a Yungorrendi Alumni from Flinders University South Australia, an Accredited Mediator under the Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS), and a graduate of the MURRA Aboriginal Business Masterclass from The University of Melbourne Business School. These qualifications underpin his practical approach to law and his ability to find solutions for complex legal matters.

Prior to commencing AMK Law, Matthew gained top tier law firm experience as well as Government experience after commencing his career at ASIC the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Matthew has advised a broad range of clients, including small and medium enterprises, large corporations, Indigenous organisations, and government bodies.

Matthew is highly skilled in the areas of Dispute Resolution, Commercial Law and Litigation. He is dedicated to finding the most effective solutions for his clients, and is a strong advocate for alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation, when they are in the best interest of his clients.
